HOW TO ORDER
Wallables proudly accepts online orders with our Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.
SHIPPING
We ship products anywhere in the United States via Federal Express. Please see our shipping chart for rates for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We offer a choice of FedEx ground, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight. When you place your order we will estimate delivery dates based on your shipping method and the availability of your items.
Shipping charges are determined by shipping method and the dollar amount of your order (excluding applicable sales tax)
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order and will be acknowledged with an order confirmation before shipping. Orders received after Noon (12:00) PST may be shipped the following day and all orders received after this time on Fridays may be processed on Monday. We observe all National Holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Wallables is proud to offer international shipping. Due to high costs of international shipping via private carriers, we generally ship international orders via the United States Postal Service. If you would like to discuss international shipping options for your order, please contact us.
Orders outside of the U.S. and Canada must be paid for via wire transfer or Paypal. Shipments outside the U.S. may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Because duties and taxes vary by country and items ordered, we are not able to supply estimated shipping costs. Please contact your customs office for more information.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your Wallables for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of purchase date for exchange or refund.
Refunds within 30 days of purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment. After, 30 days, will only be in form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you are exchanging an item for another of the same dollar amount, the new item will be shipped free of charge.

Ship the returns/exchanges with a carrier who will provide a tracking number for your shipment. Returns must be shipped with a prepaid return. No C.O.D.s.
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. If you are due a refund, the credit will be issued in the original form of payment, and a notification email will be sent to the address you provided. Please note that the credit may not show up for one or two billing cycles.
