What are Wallables made of?
Wallables are made of soft, lightweight polyurethane foam and painted with water based paints. They are Pthalate and lead free and have passed the ASTM and CE testing standards for children’s toys.
Wallables attach with a patch of Velcro that sticks to the wall and can be repositioned. The adhesive is safe on most surfaces.

What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Where can I find your discontinued items?

Shipping Questions
What are your shipping fees?
We can ship products anywhere in the United States. For your convenience we offer a choice of FedEx ground, FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
What are your international shipping fees? What about duties?
We're proud to offer international shipping. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Please not that all international orders must be paid for via wire transfer. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order 24 hours a day by logging into the Wallables website using the username and password that you created when placing your order. Click 'Log In' in the top of the homepage and select 'Order History' to view past orders and current status and tracking or call us at (310) 416-9999.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Ordering Questions
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift certificates.
Why should I become a registered user?
You won't have to re-enter your shipping or billing information and it is the best to learn about our special offers.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Google checkout.
Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
Are purchases on this website really tax free?
Yes - we collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently, sales tax only applies to the state of California.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

How should I ship my return or exchange?
You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If you are due a refund, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment and will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
Please be aware that the credit may not show up until one or two billing cycles on your credit card.
